Creating Livable Space!   Greg turned the first floor of a 3-car garage into a "Function Room"   It's even heated...Amazing!   Cars park in it when there is no party planned.     This section of cement floor was part of the original 1-car garage shown in the Garage Renovations & Additions link.  It was necessary for Greg to first level off the old cement.     After installing ceiling speakers, finishing the ceilings & painting the walls, it was time to seal the floor.     PARTY TIME!   Guests will be arriving soon!
